RFQ - "On Call" SCADA Control Services

The City of Dixon (CITY) is pursuing a SCADA controls contractor for services on an “on-call” (24/7 emergency and routine non-emergency) services for the City of Dixon Water Division and the City of Dixon Wastewater Division. Services will also include annual preventative maintenance to be out lined later in this RFQ. Qualifications shall be submitted by firms that have a capable and demonstrable background in the type of work described in Section IV, "SCOPE OF SERVICES," of this Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ).

The Qualifications shall be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. on June 10, 2021. Each Proposer shall submit an electronic version (Adobe Acrobat PDF) of the Proposal in accordance with Section VI, “PROPOSAL FORMAT,” of the RFQ. In order to be considered a responsive bid, all bidders must submit their bids online at BluePrint Express, no in-person bids will be accepted or considered responsive. This RFQ and attachments are available on the City website at https://www.cityofdixon.us/bids . IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PROSPECTIVE PROPOSERS TO CHECK THE CITY WEBSITE FOR ANY FUTURE ADDENDUMS TO THIS RFQ.

There was an oversight when posting the RFQ for the On-Call SCADA Controls Services. On page 8 of the RFQ packet, it was specified that an example of a Professional Service Agreement (PSA) would be attached. The PSA was not attached as outlined. Please review the Professional Services Agreement Template and return any questions you may have. Due to this error, time lines will be extended as follows: questions are due by the 3 :00 pm, Friday 6/11/2021, and all submittals shall be submitted no later than 3:00pm on Friday 6/18/2021.
